My client is a major financial publisher who are looking for a talented individual to help manage their Middle East Bank ranking programme. The head of Middle East Banking is responsible for helping to manage how banks in the region are ranked according to their innovation and performance. In addition to supporting the ranking programme you will also be responsible for producing insightful and engaging articles around trends and developments in the sector, also leveraging the data from the ranking programme to help illustrate how banks are evolving to manage fundamental and regulatory challenges.
This is also an ambassadorial role so you will meet with banks to discuss their submissions and help them to understand the process. You will need to have a good understanding of both the region and banking/financial services, as well as experience managing relationships with senior executives in the financial services sector. You will be working alongside more senior colleagues, utilizing your skills as a senior journalist/editor. Fluent Arabic is an advantage but not a necessity.
