My client is looking for a talented journalist to break news on up-coming M&A, IPO’s and other equity related deals across North America. The job involves interviewing C level executives at major companies to find out about their growth plans, also networking with M&A Lawyers and Bankers to uncover any rumours about potential deals and attending industry events. You will be producing news on new deals, as well as tracking the progress of those deals and providing insight on trends.
