Financial Journalist/Writer position, producing trend and analysis pieces on Private Equity deals
My client is a data business that runs one of the most comprehensive databased on private equity, venture capital and M&A deals in the world. They are expanding their London editorial team and are looking for a talented writer to produce trend and analysis pieces on deals. The role involves producing NIBs on new deals for a daily newsletter, these are only very short two liners and the focus of the role is to use the database to produce feature/analysis pieces on trends, interesting deals or anomalies. You will be working with a team of talented writers/journalists, writing daily content that helps to demonstrate the value of my clients databased and keep subscribers informed of any interesting developments. Ideally you will have a background writing about the private equity market, but any fund focused journalism experience will be considered. Excellent communication and writing skills are essential, along with the ability to spot trends and understand how deals are structured. My client is growing their presence in the UK so you will also benefit from the promotional prospects this offers.
