We have a brilliant opportunity for a talented individual with some experience working in financial PR to join a highly respected agency that offers both great promotional prospects and a solid training programme. My client is looking to add to their financial services team with a new hire, as a direct result of their continued growth.
The role itself involves liaising with clients and other team members on corporate affairs campaigns, speaking with journalists in order to keep them informed of new developments, researching topics and helping to write blogs and articles, as well as monitoring current affairs to identify opportunities that might aid and promote clients and their products. My client encourages staff to take on as much responsivity as they feel comfortable with, and this combined with training means you can expect excellent career development.
Some knowledge of financial services would be helpful, but it’s not essential. What is a must is intellectual curiosity, excellent communications skills and some experience in PR, intern or above, plus good writing skills.
